Housing Portal. If approved, students may stay in the residence halls during the university’s winter break for a fee of $500. University housing may temporarily relocate students who remain in the residence halls during winter break to consolidate living areas with other students. Students will return to their regular room after winter break.The timeline for winter break housing can be found on the Housing Calendar. Unauthorized students found within secured buildings during winter break may be referred to the conduct process.

Housing Portal. The University agrees to provide accommodations under the conditions of this agreement. By agreeing to this application/contract when selecting or being assigned a room as outlined on the Housing Application in the Housing Portal, the student is acknowledging that they are entering into a legally binding application/contract for the period specified. Breach of the application/contract will result in the penalties described in the contract. The student also agrees to pay all associated charges to live in campus housing. The Housing Contract may not be altered or changed to amend the terms and conditions of the agreement. The student and the University waives the right to a jury trial in any litigation involving this agreement. Agreement is electronically signed via the Housing Application on the Housing Portal.

An EVMS is not mandatory; however, Contractors are encouraged to have an EVMS ANSI/EIA Standard-748 during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their EVMS and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits by the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) or other cognizant Government administration office, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is EVMS ANSI/EIA Standard-748 certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.

  • CHILD AND DEPENDENT ADULT/ELDER ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR shall establish a procedure acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR to ensure that all employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement report child abuse or neglect to one of the agencies specified in Penal Code Section 11165.9 and dependent adult or elder abuse as defined in Section 15610.07 of the WIC to one of the agencies specified in WIC Section 15630. CONTRACTOR shall require such employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement to sign a statement acknowledging the child abuse reporting requirements set forth in Sections 11166 and 11166.05 of the Penal Code and the dependent adult and elder abuse reporting requirements, as set forth in Section 15630 of the WIC, and shall comply with the provisions of these code sections, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.
