Assigned Space definition

Assigned Space means space on District’s Poles that can be used, as defined by the Applicable Standards, for the Attachment or placement of wires, cables and associated equipment for the provision of Communications Service or electric service. The Supply Space and communicating worker safety zone (safety space) are not considered Assigned Space.
Assigned Space means for each Airline, those areas and facilities in the Terminal Building and those areas adjacent to and outside the Terminal Building which are assigned to such Airline for its Preferential use.
Assigned Space is the space depicted on attached Exhibit “1”. The Assigned Space is located in Terminal 1. As used in this Permit, Terminal 1 shall mean the existing terminal building at the Airport designated by Port as “Terminal 1”, presently consisting of Buildings X-000, X-000 xxx X-000; Terminal 2 shall mean the existing terminal building at the Airport designated by Port as “Terminal 2”, presently consisting of buildings M-130 and M-152; and “Terminal 2 Extension” shall mean the improvements and extensions of Terminal 2, known as Buildings 367 and 368. Permittee shall have exclusive use of the Assigned Space, except to the extent otherwise provided in Paragraph I.3(c) below. This Permit is subject to (1) all easements, covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights of way, liens, encumbrances and other matters of record, (2) all matters discoverable by physical inspection of the Assigned Space or that would be discovered by an accurate survey of the Assigned Space, (3) all matters disclosed in the Environmental Condition Documents pursuant to Paragraph (19) of Section 32 of Attachment “A” below, and (4) all matters known to Permittee or of which Permittee has notice, constructive or otherwise including, without limitation, those shown on attached Exhibits “12” and “13”.

Assigned Space means the parking area for Pilot’s aircraft, as more specifically defined in the Agreement Summary.

The only Attachment allowed in the Assigned Space is the hardware for the wireline attachments. All other hardware attachments are subject to additional rental fees.
