Assigned Space definition

Assigned Space means space on Utility’s Poles that can be used, as defined by the Applicable Standards, for the attachment or placement of wires, cables and associated equipment for the provision of Communications Service or electric service. The neutral zone or safety space is not considered Assigned Space.
Assigned Space means for each Airline, those areas and facilities in the Terminal Building and those areas adjacent to and outside the Terminal Building which are assigned to such Airline for its Preferential use.
Assigned Space means the parking area for Pilot’s aircraft, as more specifically defined in the Agreement Summary.

  • Smoking is prohibited inside the Assigned Space and all Housing & Residence Life properties.

  • Assigned Space: The unit the resident is assigned to including bed, living space, and common areas.

  • Actual physical occupancy of the Assigned Space by Student and/or placement of Student’s possessions within the Assigned Space are not necessary to constitute occupancy.

  • Student acknowledges and agrees that only Student and any suitemate/roommate who may be assigned by the University at its discretion will be permitted to occupy the Assigned Space.

  • Further, if Student remains in the Assigned Space or any other Housing & Residence Life property after the last day of this Agreement without a written extension signed by University, Student will be deemed to be trespassing.

Assigned Space. , means the space on a utility pole assigned by this Statute for the
Assigned Space is the space depicted on attached Exhibit “1”. The Assigned Space is located in Terminal 1. As used in this Permit, Terminal 1 shall mean the existing terminal building at the Airport designated by Port as “Terminal 1”, presently consisting of Buildings ▇-▇▇▇, ▇-▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇-▇▇▇; Terminal 2 shall mean the existing terminal building at the Airport designated by Port as “Terminal 2”, presently consisting of buildings M-130 and M-152; and “Terminal 2 Extension” shall mean the improvements and extensions of Terminal 2, known as Buildings 367 and 368. Permittee shall have exclusive use of the Assigned Space, except to the extent otherwise provided in Paragraph I.3(c) below. This Permit is subject to (1) all easements, covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights of way, liens, encumbrances and other matters of record, (2) all matters discoverable by physical inspection of the Assigned Space or that would be discovered by an accurate survey of the Assigned Space, (3) all matters disclosed in the Environmental Condition Documents pursuant to Paragraph (19) of Section 32 of Attachment “A” below, and (4) all matters known to Permittee or of which Permittee has notice, constructive or otherwise including, without limitation, those shown on attached Exhibits “12” and “13”.

Assigned Space means the space in the Terminal assigned by the Port for use by an Air Carrier in accordance with this Ordinance and the Air Carrier's Letter of Authorization.
Assigned Space means the living space in a Boryla Unit assigned to You by Residence Life (“Residence Life” is defined in Section 1.2(j) below), which includes the use of a single bed, chest of drawers, desk, chair, closet space, and Unit Common Area.
