Common use of Dangerous Products Clause in Contracts

Dangerous Products. Approved Distribution Apps must not contain, promote, or encourage content that hxxxx, interferes with the operation of, or accesses in an unauthorized manner, networks, servers, application programming interfaces (APIs), or other infrastructure. For example: 4.11.1. Don't transmit or link to viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, malware, or any other items that may introduce or exploit security vulnerabilities to or harm user devices, apps, or personal data. 4.11.2. Apps that collect information (such as the user's location or behavior) without the user's knowledge (spyware) are prohibited. 4.11.3. Malicious scripts and password phishing scams are also prohibited, as are apps that cause users to unknowingly download or install apps from any source. 4.11.4. Approved Distribution App may not modify, replace or update its own APK binary code using any method other than the Applicable App Store’s update mechanism.
