Common use of Dark Fiber Transport Clause in Contracts

Dark Fiber Transport. An unactivated optical transmission facility within a LATA, without attached multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, between Verizon switches (as identified in the LERG) or wire centers, that is provided on an unbundled basis pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 251(c)(3) and 47 C.F.R. Part 51. Dark fiber facilities between (i) a Verizon wire center or switch and (ii) a switch or wire center of Hello Depot or a third party are not Dark Fiber Transport.

Dark Fiber Transport. An unactivated optical transmission facility within a LATA, without attached multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, between Verizon switches (as identified in the LERG) or wire centers, that is provided on an unbundled basis pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 251(c)(3) and 47 C.F.R. Part 51. Dark fiber facilities between (i) a Verizon wire center or switch and (ii) a switch or wire center of Hello Depot VZA or a third party are not Dark Fiber Transport.

Dark Fiber Transport. An unactivated optical transmission facility within a LATA, without attached multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, between Verizon switches (as identified in the LERG) or wire centers, that is provided on an unbundled basis pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 251(c)(3) and 47 C.F.R. Part 51. Dark fiber facilities between (i) a Verizon wire center or switch and (ii) a switch or wire center of Hello Depot CSTC or a third party are not Dark Fiber Transport.

Dark Fiber Transport. An unactivated Un-activated optical transmission facility facilities within a LATA, without attached multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, between any two designated Verizon switches (as identified in the LERG) or wire centers, that is provided on an unbundled basis pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 251(c)(3) and 47 C.F.R. Part 51. Dark fiber facilities between centers (i) a including Verizon wire center or switch and (ii) a switch or wire center of Hello Depot or a third party are not Dark Fiber Transportswitching equipment located at CLEC’s premises).
