Transition for Dark Fiber Transport. 5.9.1.1 For purposes of this Section 5.9, the Transition Period for the Embedded Base of Dark Fiber Transport is the eighteen (18) month period beginning March 11, 2005 and ending September 10, 2006. 5.9.1.2 For purposes of this Section 5.9, Embedded Base means Dark Fiber Transport that was in service for AFN as of March 10, 2005 in those wire centers that, as of such date, met the criteria set forth in 5.9. 1.4.1. Subsequent disconnects or loss of End Users shall be removed from the Embedded Base. 5.9.1.3 For purposes of this Section 5.9, a Business Line is as defined in 47 C.F.R. § 51.5. 5.9.1.4 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, BellSouth shall make available Dark Fiber Transport as described in this Section 5.9 only for AFN’s Embedded Base during the Transition Period: 5.9.1.4.1 Dark Fiber Transport where both wire centers at the end points of the route contain 24,000 or more Business Lines or three (3) or more fiber-based collocators.

  • Dark Fiber Transport Dark Fiber Transport is defined as Dedicated Transport that consists of unactivated optical interoffice transmission facilities without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics. Except as set forth in Section 6.9.1 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to Dark Fiber Transport Entrance Facilities pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5. 1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms.
