Common use of Data and Information Supplied by You Clause in Contracts

Data and Information Supplied by You. You shall transmit or deliver data and other information in the format and on the media as provided for in the Service Agreement and the Operating Instructions if applicable or as otherwise required by the Financial Institution in conjunction with rendering the Service(s) selected by you. You shall have the sole responsibility of ensuring the accuracy and correctness of the data transmitted. You acknowledge and agree that Financial Institution shall not be required to examine the data for correctness and the Financial Institution shall not have any responsibility for detecting errors in the data transmitted by you. The data transmitted by you must be legible, correct and complete. Financial Institution shall not process, and Financial Institution shall not be liable to you for failure to process, the data if it is not in the format specified by Financial Institution or if the data is incomplete. Financial Institution shall not be liable for errors or omissions caused by data that is rejected as the result of your failure to provide the data in accordance with the standards specified in the Agreement or any applicable Service Agreement and the Operating Instructions.
