Data Consumption. RMH shall be responsible for “Thoroughly Utilizing” the MCI Data and shall follow MCI’s guidelines with respect to MCI Data consumption. “Thoroughly Utilizing” means that RMH’s Call attempts (i.e., Calls dialed) and Completes (leads dispositioned out of the system by a TMR, i.e., not called again during a Call Campaign) per Work Hour fall within plus or minus [*] of the Call attempts and Call completes per Work Hour achieved by the Internal Centers.

Data Consumption. To surface the data stored in the Azure Data Lake and/or Cosmos DB, insight will create an oAuth2- secured REST API. This API can be called by the client visualization application through standard REST HTTPS API calls. 2 types of data will be exposed by this API:  Standard Data. This is non-geospatial data. This data will be made available through the standard JSON format for Web Services.  Geospatial data. Geo-spatial data will be made available in the standard Keyhole Format Language (KML) format, which is a universally supported format for geo-spatial data.   • Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Production Work The Company may use Outside Entities to perform production work outside the plant and its environs provided the Company demonstrates that it is utilizing plant equipment to the maximum extent consistent with equipment capability and customer requirements and the Company is making necessary capital investments to remain competitive in the steel business and is in compliance with Article Eleven, Section B (Investment Commitment).

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.
