Data Controller acknowledges that Data Processor is reliant on Data Controller’s representations regarding the extent to which Data Controller is entitled to Process Personal Data.

Given the nature of the processing, Customer agrees that it is unlikely that NVIDIA would be aware that compliance with Customer’s instructions would result in a violation of Data Protection Laws.
