Data Custodianship. Contractor shall provide the County access to County data at the County’s request in a mutually agreed upon format. Such agreement shall not be unreasonably withheld. Contractor shall also provide access to any derivatives or alterations of County data at the County’s request.

Data Custodianship. 6.1 Any television audience data comprising (i) TV programmes data viewed live or via video on demand (VOD), (ii) Demographic profile of viewers accessing GASP content/channels; and (iii) Viewer Interactive information and/or Return Path Data, collected and/or stored by MYTV on GASP channels and content transmitted/broadcasted over XXX platform and Set Top Boxes (STB) and other any relevant devices shall be shared by MYTV with the Access Seeker and the broadcasting industry based on the terms and conditions to be determined by the Commission from time to time. MYTV warrants that it will hold, maintain and administer the said data pursuant to this Clause.
