Data Exchanges, Modifications, Forms and Reports. The City of Flowery Branch, GA ensures the 3rd party data received conforms to a Tyler standard format. • The 3rd party possesses the knowledge of how to program their portion of the interaction and understands how to manipulate the data received. • Client is on a supported, compatible version of the 3rd party software or Tyler Standard Data Exchange tools may not be available. • The City of Flowery Branch, GA is willing to make reasonable business process changes rather than expecting the product to conform to every aspect of their current system/process. • Any Modification requests not expressly stated in the contract are out of Scope. Modifications requested after contract signing have the potential to change cost, Scope, schedule, and production dates for project Phases. Modification requests not in Scope must follow the Project Change Control process. • The City of Flowery Branch, GA’s testing environment contains the Tyler software version required for delivery of the Modification prior to the scheduled delivery date for testing • The City of Flowery Branch, GA is responsible for verifying the performance of the Modification as defined by the specification

  • Amendments/Modifications This Agreement may not be modified, altered or amended except by an agreement in writing executed by all of the parties hereto.

  • Effect of Addenda, Bulletins, and Change Orders No special implication, interpretation, construction, connotation, denotation, import, or meaning shall be assigned to any provision of the Contract Documents because of changes created by the issuance of any (1) Addendum, (2) Bulletin, or (3) Change Order other than the precise meaning that the Contract Documents would have had if the provision thus created had read originally as it reads subsequent to the (1) Addendum, (2) Bulletin, or (3) Change Order by which it was created.

  • Amendments, Changes and Modifications Except as to the termination rights of both Parties as indicated in the Facilities Lease, this Site Lease may not be amended, changed, modified, altered or terminated without the written agreement of both Parties hereto.

No single or partial exercise of any rights or remedies under this Agreement by a party shall operate as a waiver or preclude the exercise of any other rights or remedies hereunder or thereunder by such party.

  • Appendix B Amendments The following Appendix B clauses are hereby amended as follows:

  • Form of Agreement and Reporting If a vendor submitting an offer requires TIPS and/or TIPS Member to sign an additional agreement, a copy of the proposed agreement must be included with the proposal to the TIPS Member. TIPS does not require a review a TIPS Member’s Job Order contract TYPE AIA or other similar Contract provided by the TIPS Member. This clause does not relieve the Vendor from the responsibility to report the contract execution and the amount of the contract and any change orders.

  • AMENDMENTS TO SERVICE AGREEMENT With effect from the date of this Deed the Parties agree that the Service Agreement is varied so that:
