Out of Scope definition

Out of Scope means errors that fall outside the scope of the Supplier’s responsibilities under this Contract and/or result directly or indirectly from the Client’s: (a) misuse or improper use of the Hosted Services and/or the Supplier Software; and/or (b) combination, merger, or use of the Hosted Services and/or the Supplier Software with any hardware or software outside the Client Infrastructure and/or Connectivity Infrastructure.
Out of Scope means any application other than the one defined by the SCOPE.
Out of Scope means Software incidents that result directly or indirectly from: (a) the Customer’s misuse or improper use of the Software; and/or (b) the Customer’s combination or merger of the Software with any hardware or software outside the Environment; (c) any third party events that are outside the scope of Supplier’s responsi- bilities under the Agreement.

Out of Scope means a Fault or any other error that results directly or indirectly from the Customer’s and / or Licensed Users’: (a) misuse or improper use of the Hosted Software or Device Software; (b) failure to install a Device Software Update within a reasonable time of such Device Software Update being available on the applicable App Store; (c) use of any unsupported versions of the Device Software (“unsupported” meaning a version of the Device Software which is two or more releases behind the current release made available by Crimson Tide); and / or (d) combination, merger, or use of the Hosted Software and / or Device Software with any hardware or software not supplied or approved by Crimson Tide.
Out of Scope means all additional work being done to the Equipment which is outside the In Scope.
