Data Practices and Records. All records, information, materials and other work product, in written, electronic, or any other form, developed in connection with providing Services under this Agreement shall be the exclusive property of Town. All such records shall be maintained with the records of Town and in accordance with the instructions of Town. Inspector will comply with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act and all other applicable state and federal laws relating to data privacy or confidentiality. Town will provide such advice and legal services as are necessary to comply with such laws and regulations as they relate to the data maintained by Town.

The Committee will consist of five (5) representatives selected by the County and five (5) representatives by the SEIU Local 721. The Chief Executive Officer will designate a representative from CEO/Employee Relations and Department of Human Resources who have authority to resolve issues. The Committee will meet quarterly and consult on County-wide personnel practices including, but not limited to, performance evaluations, appraisals of promotability, grievance, arbitration, appeal processes, and resolution and payment of awards.

  • ACCESS TO SECURITY LOGS AND REPORTS Upon request, the Contractor shall provide access to security logs and reports to the State or Authorized User in a format as specified in the Authorized User Agreement.
