You further understand that any of these entities may store Data for purposes of administering your participation in the Plan. Certain capitalized terms used but not defined in this Exhibit C have the meanings set forth in the Restaurant Brands International Inc. Amended and Restated 2014 Omnibus Incentive Plan (the “Plan”) and/or the Performance Award Agreement (the “Award Agreement”).
