Common use of Data Privacy Notice and Consent Clause in Contracts

Data Privacy Notice and Consent. This provision supplements the Data Privacy Notice and Consent section of the Award Agreement: You hereby authorize the Company and the Company’s representatives to discuss and obtain all relevant information from all personnel, professional or non-professional, involved in the administration of the Plan. You further authorize the Company, its Affiliates and the Committee to disclose and discuss the Plan with their advisors. You further authorize the Employer, the Company, and any other Affiliate to record such information and to keep such information in your employee file.
