The Company collects, uses and otherwise processes Personal Data about Optionee for the purposes of allocating shares of Common Stock and implementing, administering and managing the Plan. Optionee understands that this Personal Data may include Optionee’s name, home address and telephone number, email address, date of birth, social insurance number, passport number or other identification number (e.g., resident registration number), remuneration, nationality, job title, any shares of stock or directorships held in the Company, details of all options or any other entitlement to shares of stock or equivalent benefits awarded, cancelled, exercised, vested, unvested or outstanding in Optionee’s favor. The legal basis for the processing of Optionee’s Personal Data, where required, will be Optionee’s consent.
