Data Processing and Legal Basis. The Company collects, uses, and otherwise processes Personal Data about you for the purposes of allocating shares of Stock and implementing, administering, and managing the Plan. You understand that this Personal Data may include, without limitation, your name, home address and telephone number, email address, date of birth, social insurance number, passport number or other identification number (e.g., resident registration number), salary, nationality, job title, any shares of stock or directorships held in the Company or its Affiliates, details of all Restricted Stock Units or any other entitlement to shares of stock awarded, canceled, purchased, vested, unvested or outstanding in your favor. The legal basis for the processing of the Personal Data will be your consent.
