Authorized Users Authorized Users" are:
Authorized User You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has the same access to your Account as you do, subject to any limitations we may impose. An Authorized User has no authority to add or delete Cardholders, request a replacement Card or terminate or modify this Agreement. You may terminate an Authorized User’s authority to access your Account at any time. To do this, you must return the Card to PenFed. You agree that you are responsible for all charges and cash advances made by an Authorized User, including charges made before the Card is returned, recurring charges, or charges made without the use of the Card initiated by the Authorized User after termination of the Authorized User’s access.
CHANGING OR TERMINATING AUTHORIZED USERS Upon your request, we may issue additional cards for authorized users that you designate. You must notify us in writing of any termination of an authorized user's right to access your account. Your letter must include the name of the authorized user and your account number and/or any subaccount number issued to the authorized user along with the authorized user's card and any convenience or other access checks issued to the authorized user. If you cannot return the authorized user's card or access checks and if you request your account to be closed, we will close your account and you may apply for a new account.
CONTRACTOR STAFF WITHIN AUTHORIZED USER AGREEMENT The provisions of this section shall apply unless otherwise agreed in the Authorized User Agreement. All employees of the Contractor, or of its Subcontractors, who shall perform under an Authorized User Agreement, shall possess the necessary qualifications, training, licenses, and permits as may be required within the jurisdiction where the Services specified are to be provided or performed, and shall be legally entitled to work in such jurisdiction. All Business Entities that perform Services under the Contract on behalf of Contractor shall, in performing the Services, comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws concerning employment in the United States. USE OF U.S. FOREST SERVICE INSIGNIA In order for the Cooperators to use the U.S. Forest Service insignia on any published media, such as a Web page, printed publication, or audiovisual production, permission must be granted from the U.S. Forest Service’s Office of Communications. A written request must be submitted and approval granted in writing by the Office of Communications (Washington Office) prior to use of the insignia.

Authorized Employees Contractor acknowledges that Section285.530, RSMo, prohibits any business entity or employer from knowingly employing, hiring for employment, or continuing to employ an unauthorized alien to perform work within the State of Missouri. Contractor therefore covenants that is not knowingly in violation of subsection 1 or Section 285.530, RSMo, and that it will not knowingly employ, hire for employment, or continue to employ any unauthorized aliens to perform work on the Project, and that its employees are lawfully to work in the United States.
Emergency Standby for Goods and/or Services If any Federal or State official, having authority to do so, declares an emergency or the occurrence of a natural disaster within the State of Connecticut, DAS and the Client Agency may request the Goods and Services on an expedited and prioritized basis. Upon receipt of such a request the Contractor shall make all necessary and appropriate commercially reasonable efforts to reallocate its staffing and other resources in order to give primary preference to Performing this Contract ahead of or prior to fulfilling, in whole or in part, any other contractual obligations that the Contractor may have. The Contractor is not obligated to make those efforts to Perform on an expedited and prioritized basis in accordance with this paragraph if doing so will make the Contractor materially breach any other contractual obligations that the Contractor may have. Contractor shall acknowledge receipt of any request made pursuant to this paragraph within 2 hours from the time that the Contractor receives it via purchase order or through a request to make an expedited or prioritized purchase through the State of Connecticut Purchasing Card (MasterCard) Program (the “P-Card Program”). If the Contractor fails to acknowledge receipt within 2 hours, confirm its obligation to Perform or actually Perform, as set forth in the purchase order or through the P-Card Program, then DAS and the Client Agency may procure the Performance from another source without further notice to Contractor and without creating any right of recourse at law or in equity against DAS or Client Agency.
Passwords and Employee Access Provider shall secure usernames, passwords, and any other means of gaining access to the Services or to Student Data, at a level suggested by Article 4.3 of NIST 800-63-3. Provider shall only provide access to Student Data to employees or contractors that are performing the Services. Employees with access to Student Data shall have signed confidentiality agreements regarding said Student Data. All employees with access to Student Records shall pass criminal background checks.
