Authorized Employees definition

Authorized Employees means Vendor’s employees who have a need to know or otherwise access Named Entity Protected Data to enable Vendor to perform its obligations under this Contract or any of the Incorporated Documents.
Authorized Employees means Provider’s employees who have a need to know or otherwise access Personal Information to enable Provider to perform its obligations under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Authorized Employees
