Data Retrieval. The Buyer shall provide the Seller, as the Seller may reasonably request, with all the necessary data as customarily compiled by the Buyer and pertaining to the operation of the Aircraft to assist the Seller in making efficient and coordinated survey of all reliability, maintainability, operational and cost data with a view to improving the safety, availability and operational costs of the Aircraft.
Data Retrieval. On the Seller’s reasonable request, the Buyer shall provide the Seller with all the necessary data, as customarily compiled by the Buyer and pertaining to the operation of the Aircraft, to assist the Seller in making an efficient and coordinated survey of all reliability, maintenance, operational and cost data with a view to monitoring the efficient and cost effective operations of the Airbus fleet worldwide.
Data Retrieval. The Buyer undertakes to provide periodically to the Seller, as the Seller may reasonably request, during the Term, a quantitative list of the parts used for maintenance and overhaul of the Aircraft. The range and contents of this list will be established by mutual agreement between the Seller and the Buyer.
Data Retrieval. Upon the expiry of the subscription, End User shall not access or use the Services, including the Documentation; however, at End User’s request, and for a period of up to 60 days for Automation Services and 15 days for Studio Cloud Services and Modeler Services, after the effective date of termination (“Retrieval Period”), Bizagi will make available the End User’s data so that it may be retrieved by End User. At the end of the Retrieval Period, Bizagi will have no obligation to maintain or provide any End User’s data and will thereafter delete or destroy all copies of the End User Data in the Services or otherwise in Bizagi’s possession or control, unless legally prohibited from doing so.
Data Retrieval. Customer is solely responsible for deleting or retrieving Content from a Cloud Service prior to termination of the applicable Subscription and/or Customer’s Account for any reason. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Elastic may delete Content in accordance with Elastic’s Digital Millennium Copyright Act policy.
Data Retrieval. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, We shall upon request provide You with the Data in zip-format at Your cost. If You require the Data in another format, We undertake to investigate the possibilities to perform such export. We undertake to store the Data one (1) month after this Agreement’s expiration or termination or until any requested transfer of Data has been performed, after which the Data will be deleted.
Data Retrieval. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, We shall upon request provide You with the Customer Data in standardized format at Your cost. If You require the Customer Data in another format, We undertake to investigate the possibilities to perform such export. We undertake to store the Customer Data one (1) month after this Agreement’s expiration or termination or until any requested transfer of Customer Data has been performed, and the Data will be deleted not later than ninety (90) days thereafter.
Data Retrieval. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, the rights granted by Druva to Customer under this Agreement will lapse and Customer will immediately cease all use of the Cloud Services and delete (or, at Druva’s request, return) related Documentation, passwords, and any Druva Confidential Information in its possession or control. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement (other than termination by Druva for Customer’s breach), Customer may (i) access the Cloud Services for thirty (30) days solely to retrieve a back-up of the Customer Data at no cost, and (ii) access the Cloud Services for an additional thirty (30) day period to retrieve a back-up of the Customer Data at a cost equal to the current annual list price, pro-rated to a monthly rate. If the Agreement is terminated by Druva for Customer’s breach, on or prior to the 30th day after the expiration or termination of this Agreement, Customer may request that Druva provide a copy of the Customer Data to Customer at Druva’s standard export fee. Druva will have no obligation to maintain or provide access to the Customer Data after the above periods have expired and will delete such data unless legally prohibited.
Data Retrieval. Licensee understands that in the event it should request TRIARQ to extract Licensee’s data from the Software for any purpose, including but not limited to, the conversion of data into any other software, Licensee will be responsible for paying TRIARQ’s then standard fees for such services.
Data Retrieval. Cloud hosted software Products will leverage different types of storage to optimize software, as determined in Motorola’s sole discretion. For multimedia data, such as videos, pictures, audio files, Motorola will, in its sole discretion, determine the type of storage medium used to store the content. The type of storage and medium selected by Motorola will determine the data retrieval speed. Access to content in archival storage may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to be viewable.
