Data to Be Provided. The notice mentioned in Article 17.2 shall be given in writing and shall contain pertinent data, including: (a) The nature of the technological change. (b) The date on which the College proposes to effect the technological change. (c) The approximate number, type and location of employees likely to be affected by the technological change. (d) The effects the technological change may be expected to have on the employee's working conditions and terms of employment. (e) All other pertinent data relating to the anticipated effects on employees. (f) Draft changes and additions to the Collective Agreement (see Article 17.6).
