Data to Be Provided. a. The notice of intent to introduce a technological change shall contain: i. the nature of the change; ii. the date on which the Board proposes to effect the change; iii. the approximate number, type and location of Association members likely to be affected by the change; iv. the effects the change may be expected to have on Association members' working conditions and terms of employment; v. all other pertinent data relating to the anticipated effects on Association members. b. The Board shall update this information as new developments arise and modifications are made.
