Common use of Data to Be Provided Clause in Contracts

Data to Be Provided. The notice mentioned in Article 37.02 shall be given in writing and shall contain pertinent data, including: 37.03.1 the nature of the change; 37.03.2 the date on which the University proposes to effect the change; 37.03.3 the approximate number, type and location of Regular Faculty Members likely to be affected by the change; 37.03.4 the effects the change may be expected to have on their working conditions and terms of employment; 37.03.5 all other pertinent data relating to the anticipated effects on Regular Faculty Members.
