Date and Time for Action. Time shall be of the essence of this Agreement. If any action is required or allowed to be taken under this Agreement on or by a date that is not a Business Day, that action may be taken on the next Business Day.

Date and Time The provisions of Section 6.3 are subject to any cut-off date and cut-off time agreed between the applicable Novation Netting Offices and Matched Pair Novation Netting Offices of the Parties.
