Date and Time definition

Date and Time. May 16, 2024, from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The Tribe agrees You may enter and use the Premises described above under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Date and Time means the date and time agreed for the Presentation to be made. “Payment” means a 100% non-refundable fee payable in advance to confirm the speech. “Facilities” means any facilities the Organisation is required to provide for the Presentation as agreed in writing, including, but not limited to, any beverage, chair, whiteboard, computer equipment, laptop, audio-visual, technology and other equipment.
Date and Time means the Date and Time agreed for the Presentation to be made. “Deposit” means a 50% non-refundable Deposit payable in advance.

  • Proposals will be opened immediately following the Proposal Due Date and Time at the Submittal Location.

  • The Proposer, or authorized representative of the Proposer, may also withdraw their Proposal in person prior to the Proposal Due Date and Time, upon presentation of appropriate identification and evidence of authority to withdraw the Proposal satisfactory to OSU.

  • If a Request for Proposal is cancelled prior to the Proposal Due Date and Time, all Proposals that may have already been received will be returned to the Proposers.

  • If a Request for Proposal is cancelled after the Proposal Due Date and Time or all Proposals are rejected, the Proposals received will be retained and become part of OSU’s permanent Proposal file.

The Chapel hereby authorizes the Renter to use and occupy the Chapel for purpose of a Rehearsal for the following date and time (unless it is necessary to re-schedule due to a scheduled wedding ceremony).

  • Closing Date and Time means the deadline for the submission of Proposals as set out herein.

  • Proposal Due Date and Time means the date and time specified in the Request for Proposal as the deadline for submitting Proposals.

  • Central Time means Central Time as adjusted for daylight savings time.

  • Real-time means the actual time during which a process or event occurs.

  • Eastern Time Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • Contract Number means, with respect to any Contract included in the Trust, the number assigned to such Contract by the Servicer, which number is set forth in the related Schedule of Contracts.

  • Local Time means (a) with respect to a Loan or Borrowing denominated in Dollars, New York City time and (b) with respect to a Loan or Borrowing denominated in any Foreign Currency, London time.

  • DUNS Number means a unique nine digit identification number provided by Dun & Bradstreet for each physical location of Grantee’s organization. Assignment of a DUNS Number is mandatory for all organizations seeking an Award from the state of Illinois.

  • EST means Eastern Standard Time.

  • Scheme Record Time means the time and date specified as such in the Scheme Document, expected to be 6.00 p.m. on the Business Day immediately preceding the Effective Date or such other time as Codemasters and Take-Two may agree;

  • Response Time means the difference in time between the change of the component to be measured at the reference point and a system response of 90 per cent of the final reading (t90) with the sampling probe being defined as the reference point, whereby the change of the measured component is at least 60 per cent full scale (FS) and takes place in less than 0.1 second. The system response time consists of the delay time to the system and of the rise time of the system.

  • Lot number or “batch number” means a distinctive group of numbers, letters, or symbols or any combination of these that is unique to a group of cannabis goods.

  • Scan time means the period of time between the beginning and end of x-ray transmission data accumulation for a single scan.

  • Up time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are available to user(s)

  • SMME means small, medium and micro enterprises namely Exempted Micro Enterprises and Qualifying Small Enterprises

  • Free Time means the period specified in the terminal schedule during which cargo may occupy space assigned to it on terminal property, including off-dock facilities, free of wharf demurrage or terminal storage charges immediately prior to the loading or subsequent to the discharge of such cargo on or off the vessel.

  • Real-time Prices means the Locational Marginal Prices resulting from the Office of the Interconnection’s dispatch of the PJM Interchange Energy Market in the Operating Day.

  • Date of filing means the date an applicant submits a noti- fication of intent or the date an applicant files an application, whichever is earlier.

  • CT number means the number used to represent the x-ray attenuation associated with each elemental area of the CT image.

  • Septage means the liquid and solid material pumped from a septic tank, cesspool, or similar domestic sewage treatment system, or from a holding tank, when the system is cleaned or maintained.

  • Record Time shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Central Clock Time or "CCT" means Central Daylight Time when Daylight Savings Time is in effect and Central Standard Time when Daylight Savings Time is not in effect.
