DATE FALLING ON HOLIDAY. Where under the terms of the Contract any act is to be done or any period is to expire upon a certain day and that day or that period fall on a day of rest or recognized holiday, the Contract shall have effect as if the act were to be done or the period to expire upon the working day following such day.
