Common use of Date of Commencement, Job and Supervisor Clause in Contracts

Date of Commencement, Job and Supervisor. The Manager’s employment shall commence on June 4,2023, full time, in the position of VP R&D or such other similar position, whatever its title may be. The Manager shall report directly to the CEO.

Date of Commencement, Job and Supervisor. The Manager’s employment shall commence on June 4,2023November 1, 2021, full time, in the position of VP R&D Chief Software Architect or such other similar position, whatever its title may be. The Manager shall report directly to the CEO.
