Common use of Date of Delivery Clause in Contracts

Date of Delivery. Any notice required or permitted under this Agreement shall: (a) if delivered in person, be deemed to have been given or made at the time of delivery; (b) if sent via certified or registered mail, be deemed to have been given or made on the date of receipt; and (c) if sent by facsimile or other similar form of communication, be deemed to have been given or made on the first Business Day following the day on which it was sent.
