Date of Delivery. Delivery of any item of the Equipment and Software shall be deemed complete when Customer acknowledges receipt of the Equipment and Software by signature at time of delivery. Title to, and risk of loss for, the Equipment and Software sold or licensed under this Agreement shall pass to Customer upon delivery as defined herein.
