Date of Payments. All payments due from the Employer to the Local 338 Health and Welfare Fund, the Local 338 Retirement Fund, and the Local 338 Dental Fund, must be paid on or before the 20th day of each and every month cover ing the amounts payable hereunder for the preceding month. All payments shall be without any deductions from employees.
Date of Payments. Payments by the coordinator are considered to have been carried out on the date when they are debited to its account.
Date of Payments. All payments due Tenant from Landlord by reason of an appropriation shall be paid to Tenant without prior notice or demand and on or before the expiration of a period of ten (10) days from the date on which the amount of the award is finally determined and Landlord obtains, or has the right to obtain, whichever shall first occur, such award. If Landlord shall fail to make any such payments to Tenant on or before the expiration of such ten (10) day period, in addition to any and all other remedies available to Tenant under this Lease or otherwise, Landlord shall be obligated to pay interest to Tenant on the unpaid amount of such payments at the maximum rate permitted by law.
Date of Payments. LICENSEE shall pay NAVTECH any and all fees and other charges required under this Agreement within 30 days of the applicable due dates as set forth herein.

In the event that the amount of the estimated payments exceeds the amount subsequently determined to have been due, such excess shall constitute a loan by the Company to the Executive, payable on the fifth (5th) business day after demand by the Company (together with interest at the rate provided in section 1274(b)(2)(B) of the Code). At the time that payments are made under this Agreement, the Company shall provide the Executive with a written statement setting forth the manner in which such payments were calculated and the basis for such calculations including, without limitation, any opinions or other advice the Company has received from Tax Counsel, the Auditor or other advisors or consultants (and any such opinions or advice which are in writing shall be attached to the statement).

Date of Payments. Except as provided pursuant to Section 2.01 pursuant to a Board Resolution, and as set forth in an Officers' Certificate, or established in one or more indentures supplemental to the Indenture, in any case where the date of maturity of interest or principal of any Debenture or the date of redemption of any Debenture shall not be a business day then payment of interest or principal (and premium, if any) may be made on the next succeeding business day with the same force and effect as if made on the nominal date of maturity or redemption, and no interest shall accrue for the period after such nominal date, except that if such business day is in the next calendar year, such payment shall be made on the immediately preceding business day, with the same force and effect as if made on such date.
Date of Payments. Whenever any payment due hereunder shall fall due on a day other than a Business Day, such payment shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day, and such extension of time shall be included in the computation of interest or fees, as the case may be.

If any payment on a Note is due on a Saturday, Sunday, legal holiday, or a day that is, in Moscow, Luxembourg or New York, a day on which banking institutions are authorized or obligated by law or executive order to close, then, in Moscow, Luxembourg or New York, such payment need not be made on such day but may be made on the next succeeding day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, legal holiday, or a day that is, in Moscow, Luxembourg or New York, a day on which banking institutions are authorized or obligated by law or executive order to close (a "business day"), with the same force and effect as if made on the date for such payment, and no interest will accrue for the period from and after the date for such payment. If a regular Record Date is a date that is not a business day, such Record Date shall not be affected.
