SALARY PAYMENT SCHEDULE. Each teacher may choose to be paid in either twenty-one (21) or twenty-six (26) payments, biweekly, starting with the first School Department payday after the start of the school year in September. SALARY PAYMENT SCHEDULE. A. Instructional faculty will be paid their annual contracted salary in one of two methods both of which would begin with the second payroll in August:
B. Method 1 is the default option unless the faculty member completes a signed election form requesting payment Method 2. The election form must be filed with Human Resources by August 15 for the following academic year. Payroll deductions will be equally distributed over the number of pays in each payment method.
SALARY PAYMENT SCHEDULE. The first pay of each contract year will be made on the third Friday of September. Exceptions can be made by the treasurer when the start of the school year has allowed bargaining unit members to have worked a full two-week period prior to the first Friday in September. At such time the first pay of the new contract will be made on the second Friday of September. All employees shall be paid through direct deposit with employees receiving electronic notification.
SALARY PAYMENT SCHEDULE. Teachers electing the 26 payment option, will receive the last 5 payments in their last check in the fiscal year in one lump sum.
SALARY PAYMENT SCHEDULE. A. Administrators employed on a school year basis shall have their salary paid in twenty-six (26) equal installments. These payments will be paid every two (2) weeks. The requirements for obtaining status for a Masters+ 15/30 will be as follows:
A. That the fifteen (15) or thirty (30) hours at the graduate level will be at an accredited college or university.
B. That these credits (A) must be in addition to those used for teacher certification under the existing law, Chapter 71, Section 38G.
C. That courses must be in the administrator’s instructional field at the time taken or be of benefit to an administrator by improving and/or broadening his/her knowledge of specific and general educational practice.
D. That:
1. Courses or credits may be earned after the administrator has completed all the requirements for a Masters Degree.
2. Courses not included in a Masters program and not used as specified in B, above, but taken prior to or during a degree program, may be counted.
3. Courses taken prior to a Masters degree must be taken within a time span of not more than six (6) years. The six years shall commence with the starting month of the first course and end with the Superintendent’s approval of the last.
E. That courses be taken to fulfill requirement (C) must be presented for the Superintendent’s approval in advance of undertaking same. Forms for this purpose shall be made available by the Superintendent, at the request of the administrator.
F. That new administrators to the system, at their request, shall have their transcripts reviewed by the Superintendent and shall be told, prior to or at the time of election, how many graduate credits will be accepted. The criteria for acceptance shall be the same as stated above. This refers only to the graduate credits earned prior to employment in the South Xxxxxx School System.
SALARY PAYMENT SCHEDULE. Section A. Instructional faculty will be paid their annual contracted salary in twenty four (24) equal payments beginning with the second payroll in August. They will receive their December salary payment on the last faculty duty day prior to the Christmas recess and their last six (6) paychecks on the last payday in May in the manner they normally receive their paychecks.
SALARY PAYMENT SCHEDULE. Annual salary shall be paid in equal installments on the fifteenth (15th) and last day of the month. When the scheduled pay falls on a weekend or during a holiday period, checks will be distributed on the last school day preceding that date. September salary checks will be distributed on the Friday following Labor Day and on the last day of the month.
SALARY PAYMENT SCHEDULE. Until the second paragraph of this section takes effect, Tteachers shall receive their annual salaries bi- monthly for a twelve month period. Bimonthly salaries shall be paid on the fifteenth (15th) of each month (or the preceding working day if the fifteenth is a weekend or a holiday) and on the last working day of each month. Effective no sooner than July 1, 2012, teachers shall receive their annual salaries via 26 payments over a twelve month period. Payments shall be made every other Friday or, if a payday is a holiday when schools are closed, on the preceding workday which is not a holiday. When the change to a 26-pay schedule takes effect, Tteachers who were employed by the district prior to January 1, 1994, and who opted may opt to receive their annual salaries bimonthly for a ten (10) month period by so advising the Business Payroll Office, in writing, no later than July 1, 1994 will also receive their payments every other Friday. Such an eligible teacher may switch back to a 12-month period for any subsequent school year by giving written notice to the Business Payroll Office by July 1 of that school year; however, the teacher may not make any further changes thereafter during his/her employment with the district.
1. Substantial compliance by the District with the terms of this Memorandum of Agreement is a condition of the ETA’s agreement to change the salary payment schedule in Section 27.8 of the parties’ Collective Bargaining Agreement from a 24-pay cycle to a 26-pay cycle.
2. The 26-pay cycle will not be implemented until adequate tests have been run to ensure that its implementation will be reasonably smooth and with a minimum of problems. In order to assist in complying with this provision, the District will inform the ETA of tests that have been run and of the outcomes.
3. At least 90 days before the first payment is issued to teachers under the 26-pay plan, the District will provide a written notice to all teachers explaining the schedule for implementation of the change, answers to frequently asked questions, an explanation for how teachers can determine what deductions were made from their payments and the identity of an individual or individuals who will be available to answer questions. At least 10 days before this notice is sent to teachers, a draft copy will be provided to the ETA for review and suggested changes.

SALARY PAYMENT SCHEDULE. 2.1 All managerial and confidential employees are exempt salaried employees and are not subject to minimum wage and overtime regulations under the rules established in OAR 000-00-000.
2.2 Pay for managerial and confidential employees will be issued in twelve equal installments. The first installment is to be paid on or before the 25th day of the month of July, and a like installment is to be paid on or before the 25th of each succeeding month.
SALARY PAYMENT SCHEDULE a. Each professional employee covered by this Agreement shall be paid his or her annual salary in twenty-six (26) equal installments; or in twenty-one (21) installments, each equal to 1/26 of the applicable annual salary, and the twenty-second (22nd) installment equal to 5/26 of the applicable annual salary, or in twenty-two (22) equal installments.
b. Election of method of payment must be made by the last school day of the prior school year except in the case of newly hired teachers, who shall elect their method of payment within the first full week of employment.
c. If no election is made, the prior method of payment will continue in effect, or, if no election has ever been made, payment will be made in twenty-six (26) equal installments.
d. Teachers are required to utilize an electronic direct deposit account for the receipt of their salary payments.
e. Salary payments shall be made biweekly, in accordance with an established schedule published by the Board in advance. The first payday shall be the first Thursday on the established biweekly pay schedule following the opening of school.
