Common use of Date & Period of Operation of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Date & Period of Operation of Agreement. This Agreement shall come into operation from the date of lodgement with the Office of the Employment Advocate and shall have a nominal expiry date of 31 December 2009. This Agreement may be terminated in accordance with Part 8, Division 9 of the Act.

Date & Period of Operation of Agreement.
