Date, Time and Place of Mediation. 4.1. With the agreement of the Parties, Mediator shall set the date and the time of each mediation session. The mediation shall be held at a location agreeable to all Parties. If Mediator determines that an impasse has been reached, or believes that any Party is not acting in good faith, Mediator may end the mediation. 4.2. Should the Parties or any Party cancel or request a continuance or postponement of the mediation within ten (10) calendar days of the scheduled mediation, Mediator shall be entitled to a full day’s mediation fee.
