Common use of Dates of Performance Clause in Contracts

Dates of Performance. In the event that any date for performance by either party of any obligation hereunder required to be performed by such party falls on a Saturday, Sunday, nationally established holiday or state established holiday in the state where the Premises are located, the time for performance of such obligation shall be deemed extended until the next business day following such date.
