Day Waiting Period. Any Illness contracted or Medical Expenses incurred in respect of an Illness will not be covered during the first 30 days from the Policy Period Start Date. Day Waiting Period. The Holder is not entitled to any rights of a holder of Class A Shares until 45 days after the Holder has exchanged its Exchangeable Debentures for Class A Shares (the "Exchange Effective Date"), and only to the extent the Exchangeable Debenture has been deemed to have been exchanged for Class A Shares pursuant to this Section 5. The person in whose name the Class A Share certificate is registered following exchange shall be deemed to be a stockholder of record on the Exchange Effective Date.
Day Waiting Period. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, a Party shall wait at least 30 days before exercising its rights and remedies under this Section 15, which 30- day waiting period shall be calculated as follows:
(a) With regard to the ADR procedures under Section 14 of this Agreement, the 30-day waiting period shall commence upon the date the Disputing Party’s dispute resolution Notice described in Section 14.2.5 of this Agreement is effective, pursuant to Section 16.11 of this Agreement.
(b) With regard to withdrawal of a Party where such withdrawal does not terminate this Agreement, as set forth in Section 11.4.1 of this Agreement, the 30-day waiting period shall commence upon the date the Withdrawing Party’s withdrawal Notice described in Section 11.3.4 of this Agreement is effective, pursuant to Section 16.11 of this Agreement.
(c) With regard to termination of this Agreement, as set forth in Section 11.6 of this Agreement, the 30-day waiting period shall commence upon the date that this Agreement is terminated.
Day Waiting Period. Hyde understands and acknowledges that he has been given a period of twenty-one (21) days from the date he was first given a copy of this Agreement to carefully study and consider its terms and decide whether or not to sign this Agreement. Further, Hyde acknowledges and understands that (a) this is all the time that he needs to think about and make this decision, (b) he may use as much of this 21 day period as he wishes prior to signing this Agreement, (c) he may voluntarily decide to sign this Agreement prior to the expiration of the 21 day period, and (d) to the extent he decides to sign this Agreement prior to the expiration of the 21 day period, he waives his right to insist upon the full 21 day period. Further, Hyde acknowledges and agrees that if he signs this agreement prior to the expiration of 21 days, he is doing so freely and voluntarily.
Day Waiting Period. While foreclosure of a VA Mortgage Loan normally maynot be instituted until 30 days elapse from submission of the VA Notice of Intention to Foreclosure, Servicer should not postpone a recommendation to MHMFA to foreclose. The purpose of a 30-day waiting period is to allow the VA to contact the Borrower; however, Servicer should continue collection efforts during such waiting period. Also, if the property has been abandoned or is rented or there are other extraordinary circumstances, Servicer should ascertain whether the 30-day waiting period requirement is applicable.
Day Waiting Period. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, a Disputing Party shall wait at least 30 days after receipt of the dispute resolution Notice described in Paragraph 14(B)(v) before exercising its rights and remedies under this Paragraph 14(C).

General Provisions #1: If You cancel Your Agreement within thirty (30) days of receipt of Your Agreement and do not receive a refund or credit within thirty (30) days of receipt of the returned service agreement, a ten percent (10%) penalty per month shall be applied to the refund. General Provisions #5: All arbitration or dispute resolution in New Hampshire is subject to and will not impede any consumer rights as provided for under New Hampshire RSA 542.
