Common use of Days or Less Clause in Contracts

Days or Less. An employee will be given advance written notice stating the specific reason(s) for the proposed action and a copy of the material, if any, relied upon to support the reason(s) in the notice. The employee will be given fourteen (14) days to present an oral and/or written reply to the proposal.
