DB Contractor Reimbursement for Eminent Domain Assistance. In accordance with Section 4.4.2.1 of the General Conditions, DB Contractor shall be responsible for the performance of support services for the condemnation proceedings described in Item 15 of the Design-Build Specifications for any parcels within the Schematic ROW that require acquisition by eminent domain. DB Contractor shall be entitled to reimbursement for DB Contractor’s reasonable out-of-pocket costs of providing such services up to the maximum amounts set forth in Exhibit 11 to this DBA.
