DDOC Continuum of Care. DDOC requires ASAM Level 3, Residential Substance Use Disorder Services (RSUDS) for the following locations:  Level V RSUDS program at HRYCI in Wilmington, DE (currently ‘Key North’)  Level V RSUDS program at Sussex Correctional Institution (“SCI”) in Georgetown, DE (currently ‘Key South’)  Level V RSUDS program at BWCI in New Castle, DE (currently ‘Key Village’)  6 for 1 Program at HRYCI in Wilmington, DE  6 for 1 Program at SCI in Georgetown, DE  6 for 1 Program at BWCI in New Castle, DE  Young Criminal Offender Program at HRYCI in Wilmington, DE DDOC requires ASAM Xxxxx 0, Xxxxxxxxx Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Services (“IOP-SUDS”) for the following locations:  IOP-SUDS program at the Xxxxxxx Community Corrections Center in Wilmington, DE (currently ‘Crest North for Men’)  IOP-SUDS program at the Xxxxx X. Plant Women’s Treatment Facility in New Castle, DE (currently ‘Crest North for Women’)  IOP-SUDS program at Xxxxxx Community Corrections Center in Dover, DE (currently ‘Crest Central’)  IOP-SUDS program at SCI in Georgetown, DE (currently ‘Crest South’) DDOC requires ASAM Level 1, Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Services (“OP- SUDS”) for statewide for the following locations:  OP-SUDS program at the Xxxxxxx Community Corrections Center in Wilmington, DE (currently Aftercare North)  OP-SUDS program at the Kent County Probation and Parole office in Dover, DE (currently Aftercare Central)  OP-SUDS program at the Sussex County Probation and Parole office in Dover, DE (currently Aftercare Central) Other substance misuse programs:  DUI Program, (SCI and BWCI)

  • Continuum of Care An Orange County group composed of representatives of relevant organizations that serve homeless and formerly homeless persons that are organized to plan for and provide, as necessary, a system of services to address the various needs of homeless persons and persons at risk of homelessness.

  • Foot Care We do not Cover foot care, in connection with corns, calluses, flat feet, fallen arches, weak feet, chronic foot strain or symptomatic complaints of the feet.

  • Urgent Care This plan covers services received at an urgent care center. For other services, such as surgery or diagnostic tests, the amount that you pay is based on the type of service being provided. See Summary of Medical Benefits for details. Follow-up care (such as suture removal or wound care) should be obtained from your primary care provider or specialist.

  • Medical Care The Parents must comply with the School Welfare Officer's recommendations which may include a reasonable decision to release the Pupil home or to his / her education guardian when s/he is unwell.

  • Dental Care a. Dental Care for Members over age 19 is limited to the following:

  • Emergency Care If you need emergency care, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room. If you are traveling outside our service area and need urgent care, call the Customer Service number provided in the chart above or visit our website and use the “Find A Doctor” feature to find a BlueCard provider.

  • General Care ● Do not do anything to the District-issued Device that may permanently alter them in any way. ● Do not remove any serial numbers or identification marks placed on the District-issued Device. ● Keep the District-issued Device clean (e.g., do not eat or drink while using the Computing Device). ● TJUHSD does not provide backup services for any District-issued Device. Students should not store important documents on District-issued Device. District technicians will not attempt to recover lost data on District-issued Device. Carrying the District-issued Device: ● It is recommended to use a padded backpack or a case to transport the District-issued Device.

  • UNINTERRUPTED PATIENT CARE 18.1 It is recognized that the Hospital is engaged in a public service requiring continuous operation and it is agreed that recognition of such obligation of continuous service is imposed upon both the nurse and the Association. During the term of this Agreement, neither the Association nor its members, agents, representatives, employees or persons acting in concert with them shall incite, encourage or participate in any strike, sympathy strike, picketing, walkout, slowdown, sick out or other work stoppage of any nature whatsoever. In the event of any such activity, or a threat thereof, the Association and its officers will do everything within their power to end or avert same. Any nurse participating in any such activity will be subject to immediate dismissal.
