De-commissioning due to Emergency. 17.6.1 If, in the reasonable opinion of the Concessionaire, there exists an Emergency which warrants de-commissioning and closure of the whole or any part of the Bus Terminal, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to decommission and close the whole or any part of the Bus Terminal to Users and passengers for so long as such Emergency and the consequences thereof warrant; provided that such de- commissioning and particulars thereof shall be notified by the Concessionaire to the Authority without any delay, and the Concessionaire shall diligently carry out and abide by any reasonable directions that the Authority may give for dealing with such Emergency. 17.6.2 The Concessionaire shall re-commission the Bus Terminal or the affected part thereof as quickly as practicable after the circumstances leading to its de- commissioning and closure have ceased to exist or have so abated as to enable the Concessionaire to re-commission the Bus Terminal and shall notify the Authority of the same without any delay. 17.6.3 Any decommissioning or closure of any part of the Bus Terminal and the recommissioning thereof shall, as soon as practicable, be brought to the notice of affected persons by means of public announcements/notice.

De-commissioning due to Emergency. 17.6.1 18.6.1 If, in the reasonable opinion of the Concessionaire, there exists an Emergency which warrants de-commissioning and closure of the whole or any part of the Bus TerminalRail System, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to decommission de-commission and close the whole or any part of the Bus Terminal to Users and passengers Rail System for so long as such Emergency and the consequences thereof warrant; provided that such de- de-commissioning and particulars thereof shall be notified by the Concessionaire to the Authority MOR without any delay, and the Concessionaire shall diligently carry out and abide by any reasonable directions that the Authority MOR may give for dealing with such Emergency. 17.6.2 18.6.2 The Concessionaire shall re-commission the Bus Terminal Rail System or the affected part thereof as quickly as practicable after the circumstances leading to its de- de-commissioning and closure have ceased to exist or have so abated as to enable the Concessionaire to re-re- commission the Bus Terminal Rail System and shall notify the Authority MOR of the same without any delay. 17.6.3 18.6.3 Any decommissioning or closure of any part of the Bus Terminal Rail System and the recommissioning re- commissioning thereof shall, as soon as practicable, be brought to the notice of affected persons by means of public announcements/notice.

De-commissioning due to Emergency. 17.6.1 If, in the reasonable opinion of the Concessionaire, there exists an Emergency which warrants de-commissioning and closure to traffic of the whole or any part of the Bus TerminalXXX Ropeway, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to decommission de-commission and close the whole or any part of the Bus Terminal XXX Ropeway to Users and passengers traffic for so long as such Emergency and the consequences thereof warrant; provided that such de- commissioning decommissioning and particulars thereof shall be notified by the Concessionaire to the Authority without any delay, and the Concessionaire shall diligently carry out and abide by any reasonable directions that the Authority may give for dealing with such Emergency. 17.6.2 The Concessionaire shall re-commission the Bus Terminal XXX Ropeway or the affected part thereof as quickly as practicable after the circumstances leading to its de- commissioning decommissioning and closure have ceased to exist or have so abated as to enable the Concessionaire to re-commission the Bus Terminal XXX Ropeway and shall notify the Authority of the same without any delay. 17.6.3 Any decommissioning or closure of any part of the Bus Terminal and the recommissioning thereof shall, as soon as practicable, be brought to the notice of affected persons by means of public announcements/notice.

De-commissioning due to Emergency. 17.6.1 If, in the reasonable opinion of the Concessionaire, there exists an Emergency which warrants de-commissioning and closure to traffic of the whole or any part of the Bus TerminalProject Highway, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to decommission de-commission and close the whole or any part of the Bus Terminal Project Highway to Users and passengers traffic for so long as such Emergency and the consequences thereof warrant; provided that such de- de-commissioning and particulars thereof shall be notified by the Concessionaire to the Authority MPRDC without any delay, and the Concessionaire shall diligently carry out and abide by any reasonable directions that the Authority MPRDC may give for dealing with such Emergency. 17.6.2 The Concessionaire shall re-commission the Bus Terminal Project Highway or the affected part thereof as quickly as practicable after the circumstances leading to its de- de-commissioning and closure have ceased to exist or have so abated as to enable the Concessionaire to re-commission the Bus Terminal Project Highway and shall notify the Authority MPRDC of the same without any delay. 17.6.3 Any decommissioning or closure of any part of the Bus Terminal Project Highway and the recommissioning re-commissioning thereof shall, as soon as practicable, be brought to the notice of affected persons by means of public announcements/notice.

De-commissioning due to Emergency. 17.6.1 If, in the reasonable opinion of the Concessionaire, there exists an Emergency which warrants de-commissioning and closure to traffic of the whole or any part of the Project Bus TerminalPort, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to decommission de- commission and close the whole or any part of the Project Bus Terminal Port to Users and passengers traffic for so long as such Emergency and the consequences thereof warrant; provided that such de- commissioning decommissioning and particulars thereof shall be notified by the Concessionaire to the Authority without any delay, and the Concessionaire shall diligently carry out and abide by any reasonable directions that the Authority may give for dealing with such Emergency. 17.6.2 The Concessionaire shall re-commission the Project Bus Terminal Port or the affected part thereof as quickly as practicable after the circumstances leading to its de- commissioning decommissioning and closure have ceased to exist or have so abated as to enable the Concessionaire to re-commission the Project Bus Terminal Port and shall notify the Authority of the same without any delay. 17.6.3 Any decommissioning or closure of any part of the Project Bus Terminal Port and the recommissioning re-commissioning thereof shall, as soon as practicable, be brought to the notice of affected persons by means of public announcements/notice.

De-commissioning due to Emergency. 17.6.1 If, in the reasonable opinion of the Concessionaire, Concessionaire there exists an Emergency which warrants de-commissioning and closure of the whole or any part of the Bus TerminalHeliport, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to decommission de-commission and close the whole or any part of the Bus Terminal Heliport to Users and passengers for so long as such Emergency and the consequences thereof warrant; provided that such de- de-commissioning and particulars thereof shall be notified by the Concessionaire to the Authority without any delay, and the Concessionaire shall diligently carry out and abide by any reasonable directions that the Authority may give for dealing with such Emergency. 17.6.2 The Concessionaire shall re-commission the Bus Terminal Heliport or the affected part thereof as quickly as practicable after the circumstances leading to its de- de-commissioning and closure have ceased to exist or have so abated as to enable the Concessionaire to re-re- commission the Bus Terminal Heliport and shall notify the Authority of the same without any delay. 17.6.3 Any decommissioning or closure of any part of the Bus Terminal Heliport and the recommissioning re commissioning thereof shall, as soon as practicable, be brought to the notice of affected persons by means of public announcements/notice. 17.6.4 No claim or compensation shall be due and payable to the Concessionaire on account of decommissioning or restricted use of the Heliport or any part thereof during an Emergency or for reasons of national security and public interest

De-commissioning due to Emergency. 17.6.1 If15.6.1 I f, in the reasonable opinion of the Concessionaire, there exists an Emergency which warrants de-commissioning and closure to t raffic of the whole or any part of the Bus TerminalProject Highway, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to decommission de-commission and close the whole or any part of the Bus Terminal Project Highway to Users and passengers t raffic for so long as such Emergency and the consequences thereof warrant; provided that such de- de-commissioning and particulars thereof shall be notified by the Concessionaire to the Authority Government without any delay, and the Concessionaire shall diligently carry out and abide by any reasonable directions that the Authority Government may give for dealing with such Emergency. 17.6.2 15.6.2 The Concessionaire shall re-commission the Bus Terminal Project Highway or the affected part thereof as quickly as practicable after the circumstances leading to its de- de-commissioning and closure have ceased to exist or have so abated as to enable the Concessionaire to re-commission the Bus Terminal Project Highway and shall notify the Authority Government of the same without any delay. 17.6.3 15.6.3 Any decommissioning or closure of any part of the Bus Terminal Project Highway and the recommissioning re- commissioning thereof shall, as soon as practicable, be brought to the notice of affected persons by means of public announcements/announcements/ notice.

The Concessionaire shall re-commission the Bus Terminal Airport or the affected part thereof as quickly as practicable after the circumstances leading to its de- de-commissioning and closure have ceased to exist or have so abated as to enable the Concessionaire to re-commission the Bus Terminal Airport and shall notify the Authority of the same without any delay. 17.6.3 17.6.3. Any decommissioning or closure of any part of the Bus Terminal Airport and the recommissioning re-commissioning thereof shall, as soon as practicable, be brought to the notice of affected persons by means of public announcements/notice. 17.6.4. No claim or compensation shall be due and payable to the Concessionaire on account of de- commissioning or restricted use of the Airport or any part thereof during an Emergency or for reasons of national security and public interest.

The Concessionaire shall re-commission the Bus Terminal Project Highway or the affected part thereof as quickly as practicable after the circumstances leading to its de- commissioning decommissioning and closure have ceased to exist or have so abated as to enable the Concessionaire to re-commission the Bus Terminal Project Highway and shall notify the Contracting Authority of the same without any delay. 17.6.3 14.6.3. Any decommissioning or closure of any part of the Bus Terminal Project Highway and the recommissioning thereof shall, as soon as practicable, be brought to the notice of affected persons by means of public announcements/notice.
