De-commissioning due to Emergency. 17.6.1 If, in the reasonable opinion of the Concessionaire, there exists an Emergency which warrants de-commissioning and closure of the whole or any part of the Project, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to de-commission and close the whole or any part of the Project for so long as such Emergency and the consequences thereof warrant; provided that such de-commissioning and particulars thereof shall be notified by the Concessionaire to the Authority Without any delay, and the Concessionaire shall diligently carry out and abide by any reasonable directions that the Authority may give for dealing with such Emergency. 17.6.2 The Concessionaire shall re-commission the Project or the affected part thereof as quickly as practicable after the circumstances leading to its de-commissioning and closure have ceased to exist or have so abated as to enable the Concessionaire to re- commission the Project and shall notify the Authority of the same without any delay. 17.6.3 Any decommissioning or closure of any part of the Project and the re- commissioning thereof shall, as soon as practicable, be brought to the notice of affected persons by means of public announcements/notice.

De-commissioning due to Emergency. 17.6.1 If, 16.4.1 If in the reasonable opinion of the Concessionaire, there exists an Emergency which warrants de-commissioning and closure of the whole or any part of the Project, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to de-commission and close the whole or any part of the Project to visitors for so long as such Emergency and the consequences thereof warrant; provided that such de-commissioning decommissioning and particulars thereof shall be notified by the Concessionaire to the Authority Without Maha- Metro without any delay, and the Concessionaire shall diligently carry out and abide by any reasonable directions that the Authority Maha-Metro may give for dealing with such Emergency. 17.6.2 16.4.2 The Concessionaire shall re-commission the Project or the affected part thereof as quickly as practicable after the circumstances leading to its de-commissioning decommissioning and closure have ceased to exist or have so abated as to enable the Concessionaire to re- re-commission the Project and shall notify the Authority Maha-Metro of the same without any delay. 17.6.3 16.4.3 Any decommissioning or closure of any part of the Project and the re- re-commissioning thereof shall, as soon as practicable, be brought to the notice of affected persons by means of public announcements/notice.

De-commissioning due to Emergency. 17.6.1 If, in the reasonable opinion of the Concessionaire, there exists an Emergency which warrants de-commissioning and closure to traffic of the whole or any part of the ProjectProject Highway, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to de-commission and close the whole or any part of the Project Highway to traffic for so long as such Emergency and the consequences thereof warrant; provided that such de-commissioning decommissioning and particulars thereof shall be notified by the Concessionaire to the Authority Without without any delay, and the Concessionaire shall diligently carry out and abide by any reasonable directions that the Authority may give for dealing with such Emergency. 17.6.2 The Concessionaire shall re-commission the Project Highway or the affected part thereof as quickly as practicable after the circumstances leading to its de-commissioning decommissioning and closure have ceased to exist or have so abated as to enable the Concessionaire to re- re-commission the Project Highway and shall notify the Authority of the same without any delay. 17.6.3 Any decommissioning or closure of any part of the Project Highway and the re- re-commissioning thereof shall, as soon as practicable, be brought to the notice of affected persons by means of public announcements/notice.

If, in the reasonable opinion of the Concessionaire, there exists an and Emergency which warrants de-commissioning and closure enclosure of the whole or any part of the Project, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to de-commission and close the whole or any part of the Project to Users for so long as such Emergency and the consequences thereof warrant; provided that such de-commissioning decommissioning and particulars thereof shall be notified by the Concessionaire to the Authority Without without any delay, and the Concessionaire shall diligently carry out carryout and abide by any reasonable directions that the thatthe Authority may give for dealing with such Emergency. 17.6.2 18.7.2. The Concessionaire shall re-commission the Project or the affected part thereof as quickly as practicable after the circumstances leading to its de-commissioning decommissioning and closure have ceased to exist exists or have so abated as to enable the Concessionaire to re- re-commission the Project and shall notify the Authority Project of the same without any delay. 17.6.3 18.7.3. Any decommissioning de-commissioning or closure of any part of the Project and the re- re-commissioning thereof shall, as soon as practicable, be brought to the notice of affected persons by means of public announcements/notice.

De-commissioning due to Emergency. 17.6.1 18.5.1 If, in the reasonable opinion of the Concessionaire, there exists an Emergency which warrants de-commissioning and closure of the whole or any part of the Project/Project facilities, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to de-commission and close the whole or any part of the Project for so long as such Emergency and the consequences thereof warrant; provided that such de-commissioning decommissioning and particulars thereof shall be notified by the Concessionaire to the Authority Without without any delay, and the Concessionaire shall diligently carry out and abide by any reasonable directions that the Authority may give for dealing with such Emergency. 17.6.2 18.5.2 The Concessionaire shall re-commission the Project/Project facilities or the affected part thereof as quickly as practicable after the circumstances leading to its de-commissioning decommissioning and closure have ceased to exist or have so abated as to enable the Concessionaire to re- re-commission the Project and shall notify the Authority of the same without any delay. 17.6.3 Any decommissioning or closure of any part of the Project and the re- commissioning thereof shall, as soon as practicable, be brought to the notice of affected persons by means of public announcements/notice.

De-commissioning due to Emergency. 17.6.1 5.1 If, in the reasonable opinion of the Concessionaire, there exists an Emergency emergency which warrants de-de- commissioning and closure of the whole or any part of the ProjectProject Installations, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to de-commission decommission and close the whole or any part of the Project Installations to Users and for so long as such Emergency emergency and the consequences thereof warrant; provided that such de-commissioning and particulars thereof shall be notified by the Concessionaire to the Concessioning Authority Without without any delay, and the Concessionaire shall diligently carry out and abide by any reasonable directions that the Concessioning Authority may give for dealing with such Emergency. 17.6.2 5.2 The Concessionaire shall re-commission the Project Installations or the affected part thereof as quickly as practicable after the circumstances leading to its de-commissioning and closure have ceased to exist or have so abated as to enable the Concessionaire to re- re-commission the Project Installation and shall notify the Concessioning Authority of the same without any delay. 17.6.3 5.3 Any decommissioning or closure of any part of the Project Installations and the re- re-commissioning thereof shall, as soon as practicable, be brought to the notice of affected persons by means of public announcements/notice.

De-commissioning due to Emergency. 17.6.1 If, in the reasonable opinion of the Concessionaire, there exists an Emergency which warrants de-de- commissioning and closure of the whole or any part of the Project, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to de-commission and close the whole or any part of the Project to users for so long as such Emergency and the consequences thereof warrant; provided that such de-commissioning and particulars thereof shall be notified by the Concessionaire to the Authority Without without any delay, and the Concessionaire shall diligently carry out and abide by any reasonable directions that the Authority may give for dealing with such Emergency. 17.6.2 The Concessionaire shall re-commission the Project or the affected part thereof as quickly as practicable after the circumstances leading to its de-commissioning and closure have ceased to exist or have so abated as to enable the Concessionaire to re- re-commission the Project and shall notify the Authority of the same without any delaydelay or as and when instructed by the Authority. 17.6.3 Any decommissioning de-commissioning or closure of any part of the Project and the re- re-commissioning thereof shall, as soon as practicable, be brought to the notice of affected persons by means of public announcements/notice.

The Concessionaire shall re-commission the Project Highway or the affected part thereof as quickly as practicable after the circumstances leading to its de-commissioning and closure have ceased to exist or have so abated as to enable the Concessionaire to re- re-commission the Project Highway and shall notify the Authority of the same without any delay. 17.6.3 . Any decommissioning or closure of any part of the Project Highway and the re- re-commissioning thereof shall, as soon as practicable, be brought to the notice of affected persons by means of public announcements/announcements/ notice.

De-commissioning due to Emergency. 17.6.1 15.6.1 If, in the reasonable opinion of the Concessionaire, there exists an Emergency which warrants de-commissioning and closure to traffic of the whole or any part of the ProjectProject Highway, the Concessionaire shall be entitled to de-commission and close the whole or any part of the Project Highway to traffic for so long as such Emergency and the consequences thereof warrant; provided that such de-commissioning and particulars thereof shall be notified by the Concessionaire to the Authority Without Government without any delay, and the Concessionaire shall diligently carry out and abide by any reasonable directions that the Authority Government may give for dealing with such Emergency. 17.6.2 15.6.2 The Concessionaire shall re-commission the Project Highway or the affected part thereof as quickly as practicable after the circumstances leading to its de-commissioning and closure have ceased to exist or have so abated as to enable the Concessionaire to re- re-commission the Project Highway and shall notify the Authority Government of the same without any delay. 17.6.3 15.6.3 Any decommissioning or closure of any part of the Project Highway and the re- commissioning thereof shall, as soon as practicable, be brought to the notice of affected persons by means of public announcements/notice.

De-commissioning due to Emergency. 17.6.1 If, in the reasonable opinion of the Concessionaire, there exists an Emergency which warrants de-commissioning and closure to traffic of the whole or any part of the ProjectProject , the Concessionaire shall be entitled to de-commission and close the whole or any part of the Project to traffic for so long as such Emergency and the consequences thereof warrant; provided that such de-commissioning decommissioning and particulars thereof shall be notified by the Concessionaire to the Authority Without MOPIT without any delay, and the Concessionaire shall diligently carry out and abide by any reasonable directions that the Authority MOPIT may give for dealing with such Emergency. 17.6.2 The Concessionaire shall re-commission the Project or the affected part thereof as quickly as practicable after the circumstances leading to its de-commissioning decommissioning and closure have ceased to exist or have so abated as to enable the Concessionaire to re- re-commission the Project and shall notify the Authority MOPIT of the same without any delay. 17.6.3 Any decommissioning or closure of any part of the Project and the re- commissioning thereof shall, as soon as practicable, be brought to the notice of affected persons by means of public announcements/notice.
