Common use of De-energisation Clause in Contracts

De-energisation. (9.1) The Customer’s Premises may be de-energised at the request of Energia without liability to Energia for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer if: (a) any of the circumstances in Clause 8.5 take place; or (b) the Customer continues to use Energy supplied by Energia at the Customer’s Premises after the Termination Date.
