Common use of Deadline Date Clause in Contracts

Deadline Date. The parties agree to enter into collective negotiations over a successor Agreement in accordance with NJSA 34:13A et. seq. in a good faith effort to reach agreement on all matters concerning the terms and conditions of employees' employment. Such negotiations shall begin on or about November 15 of the calendar year preceding the year in which the Agreement expires. Any Agreement so negotiated shall apply to all employees, be reduced to writing, and be signed by the Board and the Association.
