Common use of Deadline for Closeout Clause in Contracts

Deadline for Closeout. Contractor shall submit all performance, and other Closeout reports required under this Contract within 45 calendar days after the Contractor Program Attachment end date. In Accordance with the Texas Government Code Chapter 2251, Texas Prompt Payment Act, or unless otherwise provided under the Billing Submission section of the Payment Methods and Restrictions Article, the Department is not liable for any claims that are not received within 45 calendar days after the end date of the Contractor Program Attachment, as applicable.
