Deadline for Submission of Bids. 22.1 Bids must be received by the Employer at the address specified in Sub Clause 21.2 not later than the date indicated in the tender notice. 22.2 The Employer may, at his discretion, extend the deadline for the submission of bids through the issue of an Addendum in accordance with Clause 11 in which case all rights and obligations of the Employer and the bidders previously subject to the original deadline shall thereafter be subject to the new deadline as extended.
