Dealers Network. Distributor shall sign an Independent Dealer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Dealer Agreement”) with each and all of its Dealers prior to selling Products to Dealers. The Dealer Agreement to be signed between the Distributor and the Dealer should be formally approved in writing by the Supplier prior to its implementation. The Dealer Agreement must include the following clauses with identical language as those provided in this Agreement: Domain and Business Names, Independent Contractor Relationship, Health Claims, Marketing Materials, Use of Chanson Name Prohibited, Pricing, Competitive Recruiting, Warranties and Trade Practices as described below.

Dealers Network. T3 authorizes the Distributor to develop a network of Dealers and/or sub-distributors in the Territory for the introduction, sale, maintenance, and distribution of the Products in the Territory. Distributor shall be authorized to sublicense the rights granted under this Agreement to such Dealers and sub-distributors provided that any and all agreements with such Dealers and sub-distributors shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • PSN or Public Services Network The Public Services Network (PSN) is the government’s high performance network which helps public sector organisations work together, reduce duplication and share resources. Regulatory body or bodies Government departments and other bodies which, whether under statute, codes of practice or otherwise, are entitled to investigate or influence the matters dealt with in this Call-Off Contract.   • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $152 to $1,504 and non-recurring charges ranging from $200 to $1,000 for DS-1 and DS-3 Access Service at 4 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

  • Network Access During its performance of this Contract, Contractor may be granted access to Purchaser’s computer and telecommunication networks (“Networks”). As a condition of Network use, Contractor shall: (a) use the Networks in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations; (b) use software, protocols, and procedures as directed by Purchaser to access and use the Networks; (c) only access Network locations made available to Contractor by Purchaser; (d) not interfere with or disrupt other users of the Networks;

  • NON-NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has not entered into a contract with us or any other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plan. For pediatric dental care services, non-network provider is a dentist that has not entered into a contract with us or does not participate in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a non-network provider is a provider that has not entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.
