Dealers Network. DOLLARDEX will develop a network of Dealers in the Territory for the introduction, sale, maintenance, and distribution of the Products in the Territory. DOLLARDEX shall insure that any and all subsequent distribution agreements with its Dealers shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
