Dealings with Others. The Secured Party may grant extensions of time and other indulgences, take and give up security, accept compositions, make settlements, grant releases and discharges and otherwise deal with the Debtor, debtors of the Debtor, sureties and other Persons and with the Collateral and other security as the Secured Party sees fit, without prejudice to the liability of the Debtor to the Secured Party or the rights, powers and remedies of the Secured Party under this Agreement.
Dealings with Others. The Collateral Agent may grant extensions of time and other indulgences, take and give up security, accept compositions, make settlements, grant releases and discharges and otherwise deal with the Corporation, debtors of the Corporation, sureties and other Persons and with Collateral and other security as the Collateral Agent sees fit, without prejudice to the liability of the Corporation to the Collateral Agent or the rights, powers and remedies of the Collateral Agent under this Agreement.
Dealings with Others. The Agent may grant extensions of time and other indulgences, take and give up security, accept compositions, make settlements, grant releases and discharges and otherwise deal with the Debtors, sureties and other persons and with Collateral and other security as the Agent sees fit, without prejudice to the liability of the Debtors to the Agent or the rights, powers and remedies of the Agent under this Agreement.

The Lender may grant extensions of time and other indulgences, take and give up security, accept compositions, make settlements, grant releases and discharges and otherwise deal with the Corporation, debtors of the Corporation, sureties and other Persons and with Collateral and other security as the Lender sees fit, without prejudice to the liability of the Corporation to the Lender or the rights, powers and remedies of the Lender under this Agreement
Dealings with Others. The Investor may grant extensions of time and other indulgences, take and give up security, accept compositions, make settlements, grant releases and discharges and otherwise deal with the Company, debtors of the Company, sureties and other Persons and with Collateral and other security as the Investor sees fit, without prejudice to the liability of the Company to the Investor or the rights, powers and remedies of the Investor under this Agreement.
Dealings with Others. The Assignee may, subject to the rights of prior permitted assignees, compound, compromise, grant extensions, take and give up securities, accept compositions, grant releases and discharges and otherwise deal with the Assignor and all other Persons liable and securities taken for the Secured Obligations in whole or in part as the Assignee may see fit, without prejudice to the rights of the Assignee under this Assignment.
Dealings with Others. Advisor has acquired or shall acquire from each of its employees, consultants, and subcontractors, if any, the necessary rights to all such works, trademarks, and inventions produced by such employees, consultants, and subcontractors, within the scope of their employment by Advisor in performing Services under this Agreement. Advisor shall obtain the cooperation of each such party to secure to NYMEX or its nominees the rights granted to NYMEX hereunder may acquire in accordance with the provisions of this Article 11.

The Agent and the Lenders may grant extensions of time and other indulgences, take and give up security, accept compositions, make settlements, grant releases and discharges and otherwise deal with the Guarantor, debtors of the Guarantor, sureties and other Persons and with Collateral and other security as the Lenders see fit, without prejudice to the liability of the Guarantor to the Agent and the Lenders or the rights, powers and remedies of the Agent and the Lenders under this Agreement.

The Pledgee may grant extensions of time and other indulgences, take and give up security, accept compositions, make settlements, grant releases and discharges and otherwise deal with the Pledgor, debtors of the Pledgor, sureties and other Persons and with Collateral and other security as the Pledgee sees fit, without prejudice to the liability of the Pledgor to the Pledgee or the rights, powers and remedies of the Pledgee under this Agreement.
Dealings with Others. The Trustee may grant extensions of time and other indulgences, take and give up security, accept compositions, make settlements, grant releases and discharges and otherwise deal with the Guarantor, debtors of the Guarantor, sureties and other Persons and with Collateral and other security as the Trustee sees fit, without prejudice to the liability of the Guarantor to the Trustee or the rights, powers and remedies of the Trustee under this Agreement.
