Common use of Dealings Clause in Contracts

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the User or Owner and become financially interested in any transaction in which the User or Owner may be interested, and contract and lend money to the User or Owner and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the User or Owner or for any other entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the User Company or Owner the Adviser and become financially pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the User Company or Owner the Adviser may be interested, and contract and lend money to the User Company or Owner the Adviser and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the User Company or Owner the Adviser or for any other entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, sell and deal in any of the securities of the User Company or Owner any Noteholder and become financially pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the User Company or Owner any Noteholder may be interested, and contract and lend money to the User Company or Owner any Noteholder and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the User Company or Owner any Noteholder or for any other entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the User or Owner Contractor and become financially interested in any transaction in which the User or Owner Contractor may be interested, and contract and lend money to the User or Owner Contractor and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the User or Owner Contractor or for any other entity.

The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the User Shareholder or Owner Purchaser and become financially interested have a pecuniary interest in any transaction in which the User Shareholder or Owner Purchaser may be interested, and contract and lend money to the User Shareholder or Owner Purchaser and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Escrow Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the User Shareholder or Owner Purchaser or for any other entity.

The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of Purchaser or the User or Owner Seller Parties and become financially pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which Purchaser or the User or Owner Seller Parties may be interested, and contract and lend money to Purchaser or the User or Owner Seller Parties and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for Purchaser or the User or Owner Seller Parties or for any other entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the User Trust or Owner the Adviser and become financially pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the User Trust or Owner the Adviser may be interested, and may contract and lend money to the User Trust or Owner the Adviser and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the User Trust or Owner the Adviser or for any other entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the User Buyer or Owner Seller Representative and become financially pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the User Buyer or Owner Seller Representative may be interested, and contract and lend money to the User Buyer or Owner Seller Representative and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the User Buyer or Owner Seller Representative or for any other entity.

Dealings. The Unless otherwise prohibited by law, Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the User Company or Owner Purchaser and become financially pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the User Company or Owner Purchaser may be interested, and contract and lend money to the User Company or Owner Purchaser and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the User Company or Owner Purchaser or for any other entity.

The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the User Seller or Owner Buyer and become financially pecuniaryly interested in any transaction in which the User Seller or Owner Buyer may be interested, and contract and lend money to the User Seller or Owner Buyer and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the User Seller or Owner Buyer or for any other entity.

The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the User either the Company or Owner Escrow Corp and become financially pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the User Company or Owner Escrow Corp. may be interested, and contract and lend money to the User Company or Owner Escrow Corp. and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the User Company or Owner Escrow Corp. or for any other entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the User or Owner Activision and become financially pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the User Activision or Owner the Shareholders may be interested, and contract and lend money to the User Activision or Owner the Shareholders and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Escrow Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the User Activision or Owner the Shareholders or for any other entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the User Seller or Owner Buyer and become financially pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the User Seller or Owner Buyer may be interested, and contract and lend money to the User Seller or Owner Buyer and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the User Seller or Owner Buyer or for any other entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may is permitted to buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the User Buyer or Owner Seller and become financially pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the User Buyer or Owner may be Seller is interested, and contract and lend money to the User Buyer or Owner Seller and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it the Escrow Agent were not the Escrow Agent under this Escrow Agreement. Nothing herein shall in this Escrow Agreement is to preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the User Buyer, Seller or Owner or for any other person or entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the User Buyer or Owner Company and become financially pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the User Buyer or Owner Company may be interested, and contract and lend money to the User Buyer or Owner Company and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Escrow Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the User Buyer or Owner Company or for any other entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the User Escrow Issuers or Owner Cequel and become financially pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the User Escrow Issuers or Owner Cequel may be interested, and contract and lend money to the User Escrow Issuers or Owner Cequel and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the User Escrow Issuers or Owner Cequel or for any other entity.

Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the User or Owner Activision and become financially pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which Activision or the User or Owner Shareholders may be interested, and contract and lend money to Activision or the User or Owner Shareholders and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Escrow Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for Activision or the User or Owner Shareholders or for any other entity.
