Common use of Dealings Clause in Contracts

Dealings. Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of Escrow Agent may buy, sell and deal in any of the securities of any other party hereto and become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which any other party hereto may be interested, and contract and lend money to any other party hereto and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for any other party hereto or for any other person or entity.

Dealings. Except as prohibited by applicable law, Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell sell, and deal in any of the securities of any other party hereto of the Parties and become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which any other party hereto of the Parties may be interested, and contract and lend money to any other party hereto of the Parties and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Escrow Agreement.
