Subscriber A Person who lawfully receives Cable Service over the Cable System with Franchisee’s express permission.
Taxes Imposed on Subscriber With respect to any purchase of Services under this Agreement that are resold to a third party, if any federal, state or local Tax is imposed by Applicable Law on the subscriber, end-user, customer or ultimate consumer (“Subscriber”) in connection with any such purchase, which a Telecommunications Company is required to impose and/or collect from a Subscriber, or if any federal, state or local Tax is imposed on the Providing Party and required by Applicable Law to be passed through to the Subscriber, then the Purchasing Party (a) shall impose and/or collect such Tax from the Subscriber and (b) shall timely remit such Tax to the applicable taxing authority.
Termination by Subscriber (a) The Subscriber may terminate this Agreement by giving notification to SORACOM according to the method specified by SORACOM separately. In this case, such termination shall take effect on the date specified by SORACOM beforehand or on the date designated by the Subscriber in such notification, whichever is later.
Subscribing LEA An LEA that was not party to the original Service Agreement and who accepts the Provider’s General Offer of Privacy Terms.
Changes in Subscriber Carrier Selection 17.1 Each Party will abide by applicable state or federal laws and regulations in obtaining End User authorization prior to changing End User’s Local Service Provider to itself and in assuming responsibility for any applicable charges as specified in §258 (b) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. Either Party shall make authorization available to the other Party upon reasonable requests and at no charge.
Subscribers identification and contact data (name, date of birth, gender, general, occupation or other demographic information, address, title, contact details, including email address), personal interests or preferences (including purchase history, marketing preferences and publically available social media profile information); IT information (IP addresses, usage data, cookies data, online navigation data, location data, browser data); financial information (credit card details, account details, payment information).
Investor 2.1 The Investor, by following a Strategy of a Strategy Provider, hereby agrees to the following:
LEA and/or Subscribing LEA This agreement is intended to be provided to an Operator from a LEA. Upon receiving an executed agreement from an Operator, the LEA should fully review the agreement and if agreeable, should have an authorized LEA contact wet sign theagreement. Once signed by both the Operator and LEA, the LEA should send a copy of the signed agreement to the Operator. User Subscriptions Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form, (i) Services are purchased as User subscriptions and may be accessed by no more than the specified number of Users, (ii) additional User subscriptions may be added during the subscription term at the same pricing as that for the pre-existing subscriptions, prorated for the remainder of the subscription term in effect at the time the additional User subscriptions are added, and (iii) the added User subscriptions shall terminate on the same date as the pre-existing subscriptions. User subscriptions are for designated Users and cannot be shared or used by more than one User but may be reassigned to new Users replacing former Users who no longer require ongoing use of the Services.
Subscriber Data Subscriber will timely supply Netgateway, in a form acceptable to Netgateway, with all data necessary for Netgateway to perform the ongoing services to be provided hereunder. It is the sole responsibility of Subscriber to insure the completeness and accuracy of such data.
