Common use of Death of Subscriber Clause in Contracts

Death of Subscriber. In case of the death of the Subscriber, this Agreement shall terminate on the date of the Subscriber’s death if there are no Dependents enrolled under this Agreement. If Dependents are enrolled, this Agreement shall terminate on the last day of the month in which the Subscriber’s death occurs.
